Won't attach?

Getting this message after I used honor buddy to start wow, I log into my character. I submit my key.

"We couldn't find a free WoW process to attach. Please make certain your toon is standing in game world and you are running latest version of Honorbuddy."

I'm running the latest version. Not sure what to do.

log in game world before running Hb,also next time upload the actual log file

you have to be logged in game world
