Won't Attach to WoW

So i started WoW as admin, and honor buddy as admin, and its saying in the log;

You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid WoW instance to use Honorbuddy.

Are you logged into WoW to a an actual toon? Not just the list of them ona realm?

Check to see if you have HB already up (like a double load).

IF all else fails, reboot your computer, load wow, open the toon you want to bot, then open HB and try it.

Sitting on my character in-game atm, no other instances of honor buddy are running (checked processes in task manager), restarted comp ran wow first logged into character set it to windowed full screen, minimized, opened honor buddy, same error.

well other then the window full screen then minizming i don't see anything wrong... normally a reboot fixes it... Tony or someone will have to address it.. could be something missing?

propably you had already a Hb session opened
next time you can check your task manager
