Won't attach to my WoW instance

According to that, I am on the right build but it will not work? And I don't know what the stuff above the dashes mean... Anyone help?

Inside wow, hit esc (brings up setting) - > Options - > Graphics -> Advanced -> Gaphics API -> Direct X 9
