I hope I attached that right.
I followed CodenameG's directions on installing Download Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 from Official Microsoft Download Center I picked the x64 version.
I installed, restarted, and still doesn't work. It wont even let me put in my HB key.
I have been using HB for a few years now. I recently just built a new computer and I'm setting everything up. I am running windows 8.1 now, where as before I was running 7. I hope this helps.
