Wont Allow Me To Login

I have been trying to login to my honorbuddy account for over 2 weeks now and every time i try to sign in it says authentication failed. Same goes when i try to login with the trial account. I have tried opening ports and firewalls but it doesnt seem to work. Can anyone give me some feedback on this issue so i can get some Honor before 4.1 comes out. thanks.

Yes tony, i am admin on my computer, and i run the program as admin aswell. I dont have a log either because i installed the latest form of honorbuddy and doing so erased my log and i havent been able to login to get a new log... Im pretty sure its something to do with firewall or something i just dont know what it is and i dont know why it abruptly started happening. Thanks for your help.

the log shoul be in your Hb main folder under "logs" subfolder
check it plz
