WOD pickstuff up plugin

Is there a way to pick up random items... be it chests, treasure chests, dirt piles, weapons sticking out of the ground, building resources and random pickupable items (turn your cursor to a cog icon or a hand icon). This would also click any harvestable trees i'd imagine.

Ideas? point me toward a current plugin?
