WoD Downtime

I'm going to be THAT guy that asks but how long will HB be down once Expansion is released? I know the answer is "It'll be ready when it's ready" but based on previous expansions, will it be up in a few days? A week or even two?

I plan to level my first toon to 100 by hand but like everyone else, just curious.

they said there wont be a patch on wod launch, last patch "should" be now.
