WoD beta profile?

Hello guys. I was wondering, is it possible to make a questing profile 90-100 on the beta version that could work when it goes live??

I was wondering cause i remember when mop came out there was mostly only grinding profiles and took like 2 weeks or more for the lvling profiles to come out? So that why i was thinking if it was possible to make on the beta and working on live when that comes.
