Wizzard skill - how to change - always out of mana

Hey guys.
I have little question. I want to disable skill use (skill on right mouse button) because DB spam it all the time and im out of energy for another skills. Is it possible to dissable using Arcane Torrent?
Also how to change skill range? Because DB is using Blizzard when moobs are far away from me, but when they are close DB is not using blizzard :/

well if you don't want it to use Arcane Torrent, why not change Arcane Torrent to a different spell?

I wont use skill on right mouse button. I want set it off totally.
