Wizzard: Disintegration Wave no Damage?

I currently have 4pc Vyr's set(Archon uses all the Runes) and Cold Damage% is my highest so all the Archon Skills become Cold damage.

Archon Form:
It can Casts Teleport /Slowtime

My problem is with Disintegration Wave,Frozenstrike and Ice Blast .
-Targets Enemies and the casting animation occurs but no Beam shoots out and no damage is done
- Frozenstrike "Arcane strike with vyr's and Cold% damage" the animation "ground punch" occurs but no damage is done

When I manually cast the spell works. I can not figure out how he animation occurs with out an actual Disintegration Wave shooting out.

Im having the same problem after the update.

Since the IDs of the spells are new, it may not be casting them. The animation thing is weird, but the bot probably doesn't even know the ID of the new spells.
