Wizard hydra problem

I was farming Ghom and i found that my wizard didnt summon a new hydra after 12 second. Therefore, i only summon hydra once after the fight. Did anyone have the same problem?

I literally just went to the forum to post this exact same thing lol gonna search around maybe someone has a fix.
