Wizard Fire/Flash issue

I am running a Wizard with the flash fire build, and DB seems to spam everything it should but frost nova.

I do not get any errors just need to have it spam frost nova with everything else. Thanks in advance!

Probably u dont have frozen mist rune on nova.

nope this is not the issue frozen mist rune is on

nope and nope! someone please help me even with new build i downloaded today, it still does not cast nova frost it should be spamming
