Wizard combat. Black hole and meteor

Good day!
May be you know how to make Wizard to attack a single white mob with skills like Black hole and Meteor.
I was trying to find out it by myself, but its kinda hard for me))

The reason is: when Wizard meets a single fat white mob, he fights too long with him by a basic skills only.
