[WIZARD] Any Etched Sigil / Disintegrate routine ?

Hello guys,

I'm looking for a routine that does use only Desintegrate like this build:

I'm looking for a routine that do not use any "mana spender" so it will be cast by the "Etched Sigil" instead.

So a build that will cast any buff, armor, etc but not any mana spender like meteor, orb, blizzard, Twister.

Anyone can help please ?
