Wiz Ice Armor Issue

I have recently noticed that my wiz will not cast ice armor, but if and when he does, once it has reached its timed limit he does not recast.

anyone have any suggestions?!

I have recently started using auto follower and noticed that both wiz have the same issue!

Any insight would be grateful!
