So I have a few more months on my annual pass payment methods. Now is their a way to make my account frozen before these months are up? So would pulling out all the money out of my credit card that is hooked up to the annual pass, would this cause my account to go frozen since blizzard can't take out any money since none in there? basically I just want my account frozen ASAP. before next charge.

You agreed to a contract and this is illegal. You can ask them to remove it with special circumstances.

Well I would enter a time card within the hour. I would just like to use scroll of res on the account is my goal.

You can't use the scroll of resurrection on an account that hasn't been inactive since before March 1st.

If for some reason, you did want to breach your contract with Blizzard, you would likely have to call your bank and cancel your current debit card/method of payment and have them send you a new one with a new number. I do know that if you don't have the funds in the account at the time they try to bill, it WILL freeze your account and make it unplayable, but it will continue to try to charge the account until it's successful.
