Witch Doctor - Which spec (based on class sets)

I've been botting my WD for quite a while now. So far I've assembled all three of the class sets (Helltooth-trolltooth, Zuni, and Jade Harvester). I'm sitting at about 1.3 million paper doll dps, I have all the helms/Rings/Mojos that "go with" the sets (Mask of Jerem, Quetzacotl, Tall Man's Finger. Stone of Jordan, Unity, Royal Grandeur, AND just about every Mojo).

In other words, I have the gear to set up any and every set possible with nearly best in slot gear for every piece.

So what spec should I be botting as? I know Jade Harvester does ridiculous damage, way more in a single hit than any other possible spec, but it's not really that friendly to play, at least with a bot. Currently I'm running a big fire zombie dog, fire gargantuan, and Fetish Sycophants passive. Not actually using any full set atm. I'm looking to bot the highest Torment I can, and I usually run RiftBot w/ Act IV Bounties on Torment III. I clear very very fast and could probably knock up the torment but my toughness is pretty much reliant on my big dog taking hits (serpent Mojo).

Think I could safely run Torment 5/6 as Jade Harvester? Or stay where I am since it's so efficient atm.
 
I can do T6 Ghom really easily as my current spec/gear usage. I was looking more for bigger, grander goals like full rifts or bounties, etc.

Ghom is pretty awesome actually using Wrathful Protector. He just about two shots Ghom even on T6. Those 160/170 million crits are beastmode hah

If you have the normal dog skill, homunculus will add another dog level to it like if you choose a passive that gives an additional dog
You could update the combat routine to play jade harvester and run T6 A1 Bounties + Rift but honestly i believe pet doctoring is way easier

Is this to say every four seconds, with Homunculus, you add another dog level?

Best WD I've seen. He has two different WD, one with 6pc Jade that kills T6 RG in about 10 seconds, the other is a pet build. I'm using the pet build right now with the exact same gear and clearing Ghom T6 in less than 15 seconds. The 6pc Jade set is mostly to be played by hand because you have to time the soul harvest properly. I'm currently sitting at 5pc Jade so I haven't been able to confirm if the 6pc bonus is any good with a bot. Will be able to report as soon as I get Jade boots.

Why not just try the rifts/bounties and report back how it worked ?

At 160-170million crits that a little far off from a 2 shot Ghom when he's got what 3 billion health ?
