witch doctor does not cast gargantuan

please help ,i just installed db 2 today !! how should i fix this problem? witch never cast gargantuan

may be this cause some problems when you play wihtout those ring?

It's spawning the garg in the beginning of the rift for me, every time, but never recasts when next to elites and such.
Would probably increase grift clearing speed by 3-4 minutes if it would cast garg on elites.

That and the fact that it moves constanly never benefitting from the travelers set slows down the GR's by a lot

Mine is not having that issue with Helltooth set...
Also, @chaodima, there is a response from Jubisman in the post linked by Timkanie, have you tried that?
