Wisp In the Willows quest not performing actions while in wisp form

During the Wisp in the Willows quest, the bot is going into wisp form but never actually using the ability at each of the spots it should be. It runs to it, waits a moment, then moves to the next spot. Attached is a log for reference of what it's doing. View attachment 5340 2016-12-02 12.32.txt
