winterbuddy issues

hi i have bought the winterbuddy bot trial two times now and it never worked for a sec, i have asked multiple times for support but no support, very dissapointed in you guys since the demon and honorbuddy's work like a charm, i have installed the right .net and redistributable++ al my other bots work just fine on this machine.

i got an email that says that the issues are resolved but they AINT resolved at all, no one even looked at my issues.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

also turn off any gfx enhancers plz

i did the things you said and now i have this issue

i rebooted multiple times ran update search multiple times tried wb mutiple times and stil this message

can i please get some help here......
db and hb work just fine but wb still doesnt work, i been asking for help for twoo days now and the only thing i get is the reply from tony to reinstall al the stuff he said so i did and still nothing works...
atleast answer me with the real issues here...
also there are no manuals whatsoever for wb and support issent that great either, realy dissapointing guys, i was a great fan of your work and the community's work on hb and db but this scks donkey balls

are you running both game and bot as admin?

are you logged in as admin on your machine?

yes m8 both logged as ad and pc to loogged as ad, using hb atm without issues

we will release a new WB build asap due to the latest patch

i was starting to think there was a prob with the bot itself, ty m8 ill be happy when it comes out, keep up the good work.

ps: where do i need to be to get my two keys reset or refunded until the new version is up?
