Winter buddy not working

Hi
just got a trial and when i start winterbuddy it does not work can i have a refund or have the trial period reset plz, i have tryed uninstalling .Net and reinstalling, also tried running both as client and bot as admin and using the buddywizard and updating. nothing working.
