Windwalker monk not using jab

Issue with Windwalker monk level 22 now. It doesn't use jab so everything that should be used after that just do not happen and it keep doing auto Attack all the time. attached last logfile. The toon don't chase fleeing enemies, when this one have ranged attacks, it becomes a major issue, killing the toon a lot.
