I am having a small problem with DB. I've used it before but I just had a 1 month key. I bought a 1 session key now and I know I have to go to the buddy auth portal, but I don't remember my username or password =/ Even when I try to request a new password it's not working. I know my key is valid, and I know it's the right e-mail just forgot the other information. I messaged support, but haven't heard back. Any advice?
