Windows 8, 64 bit, DB not working

Recently I upgraded my PC and installed fresh new Windows 8 64bit OS.
After trying to launch Demonbuddy, I am continuously receiving this error.


Error attaching to Diablo III, Reason:System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Невозможно загрузить файл или сборку "fasmdll_managed.dll" или один из зависимых от них компонентов. Не найден указанный модуль.
Имя файла: "fasmdll_managed.dll"
в Zeta.MemoryManagement.ExternalProcessReader..ctor(Process proc)
в Zeta.ZetaDia.TryInitialize(Process proc, String& reason)


Tryed to reinstall .Net and C++ redist (both x64 and x86), but it didnt help.
Any solutions, guys? I am so addicted, want to run in back ASAP!

download and install both of these.
Download: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details
Download: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

once your done restart your machine.

after that make sure you correctly extracted all the files from the demonbuddy zip file into the same folder.
