Windows 7 fresh install and cant extract.

Help, I just installed Windows 7 and when I try to extract the latest version to my C:
I get 12 error messages so I tried to extract it to my desktop and it still doesnt work. I copied the error log to my clipboard but I cant find it to post it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'll try it when I get home from work tonight. Could it be something else besides the extrating software because it is what I used when I was running Win XP and never had issues with it.
