Windows 7 D3 client crash

I been constantly getting diablo 3 crashing while running buddy. i did some reading and i saw some posts in 2017 being some of the more recent that the issue is that im running windows 7. I do have 8 also but that also seems to be an issue from what i read and that demon buddy only works well on windows 10 and without lagging the game. im wondering if there is a fix to this yet or do i have to request a refund as i doubt i will be going out to just buy windows 10 to run buddy.

here is one of the logs. the other was too big so i needed to zip it.

it will drop my frames down to like nothing like 9 or something from like 120 and then crash after a short little bit..

its a bug indeed,its gonna be fixed but i have no ETA to give you atm

thanks. so where does that leave me as i have a current active key that is pretty much useless at the moment for me

i got a refund for mine, but i refunded the same day i purchased


i will repurchase once it works on w7 again though
