Windows 7 32 bits is not Showing all the ram i have what to do?

so i have 12 gigs of ram but windows 7 32 bits is only showing like this

12,0 GB (3,48 GB Beschikbaar) what should i do to show more or is that normal?

Windows 32 bit can only use 4gb.

So you are wasting 8gb for nothing.

install 64bit for sure, that's the easiest way to fix it.
