Windows 10 problem or honorbuddy? Crashing when logging in

cant launch honorbuddy keeps crashing/freezing log above (running windows 10)

running 32 bit and directx9

using fraps, geeforce experience, razer synaps, rivatuner and elvui should i uninstall them all? it worked just fine whit all of those when i ran windows 7
