windows 10 .NET error

okay peps, i need ya'll's help! i recently installed windows 10 from windows 8.1 and now when ever i try to run HB i get this error message ".Net Runtime Error.. Can't Process Manged Resources!"

i uploade help.webp a pic too. let me know what up plz!

i get this too

edit: just delete tuanha's svn folders and its all good. for me at least
 
same here i deleted tuanha svn folders and it worked fine. not sure how im going to use tuanha now though

isnt it still usable through buddystore? i can't confirm this becuase im unsubbed and only using a lvl 17 warlock for testing
