Windows 10 Crash at login ingame

I have 2 VM with windows 7 on my windows 10 host. I can run AA using Archebuddy without problems, but when i use it on my host machine (windows 10) i can launch AB and the game, i can select server, but when i press "Enter" (to enter ingame server) AB Crash instantly "Stop Working".
¿Is this a known issue or is just me ?
