Windows 10 compatibility what are you running?

Hey guys, I'm still waiting for a dev here to look in to my issue but in the meantime....

Is anyone successfully running Win 10 14267 (fast ring) and Buddy Wing? That has been the only thing I've changed since my bot stopped working and is unable to attach itself (see this thread) , previously I was running the prior fast ring build without any issues.

Please let me know if any of you are running the latest Fast Ring build 14267 and not having any issues. I'm trying to problem solve by removing one factor at a time.

I'm running the public w10. In the past some previews of w10, where not so... Game friendly.
Maybe your missing redistributables?

Redist might need to be reinstalled?

I have tried re-installing the redist ... Win just tells me they are already installed.
Tried running as admin.
I have not tried using compatibility mode. (but I will)

I upgraded my laptop to the latest build of Win 10 last night and it stopped working as well so I'm pretty sure it's a build issue. I hope a dev takes a look because from what I'm reading this new build will be pushed to the slow ring which means a lot of people may soon have this issue, maybe with other bots as well. Maybe there is some new protection that prevents injecting .. who knows.

Try to run the game with compatibility mode.
Probably some minor changes in the APIs , report the problem in the github.

I set swtor.exe to compatibility mode but it would not let me launch it directly. So I then set launcher to compatibility mode and launched from there but still got the same error. Can you post a link to the github? I'll create an account and post there, thanks.

Still don't expect help for you running preview builds of w10.
MS clearly states they can contain bugs, and the previews that are published now contain the next big update for windows.

In that case I won't bother, I will just dual boot to 7. Only brought it up here in case the devs wanted to get ahead of it.
