The reason why I dont ask this here is because providing a log will not help me, using BETA/Stable will not help me or reinstalling the C++ 2010 and 2012 will not help me.

It has NOTHING to do with DB as in NADA ZERO ZILCH!!
It has everything to do with a well known and well documented issue with Blizzard. Google is your friend. You will find potential solutions to your issues, as well as some suggested workarounds, but nothing seems 100% so far.
Since it has NOTHING to do with the bot, there is no point in discussing this further, is there?
