thank you for your reply, I ended up getting it sorted by doing a soft/clean (what ever its called) where i disabled all microsoft products on start up boot, this allowed me to install AB and havent had a problem since day 2 of issue free.. yipeee
when i installed a up to date Ab version downloaded from another pc it would start AB client but the account manage page wouldn't open properly at minimized settings and could only be used/initiated from the action bar(near clock) and then the plug ins would operate incorrectly by running around randomly.
thanks for your advice i will sure give that a try if i have problems again
