Will we get extra license time ?

Will we get extra free license time for all the downtime that happened the past weeks?
I can fully understand the developer of honorbuddy and understand that they are working hard, But I am a bit disappointed that the bot went down for more time since I bought it. I am paying for a service which i can't use for like 1-2 days. So hopefully there will be like 1-2 days of extra license time.

This thread is neither to attack the team nor to insult them. Just a simple opinion by me.

i'm not sure, and it need to be confirmed, but as far as I remember, time on downtime aren't counted.
(so basically, when the product is down, you don't loose sub time)

But again, wait a proper / official answer for that, not sure at all.

No you wont get extra time dude. Same with addons in WoW. The devs need time to update.

No you wont get extra time dude. Same with addons in WoW. The devs need time to update.

In the rare case the extension is overlooked, send your key, and the email address you used to purchase it to the Bossland GmbH front office ([email protected]), and they will be glad to extend the key's time for you.
If you purchased a time-limited key, and have yet to use it...
The clock does not start ticking until 'first use'. So, you are already golden.
