Im working with kick's atm.
Bud my char is not mounting at all. 2 days ago he did mount bud now he is not.

Use the search funtion, there are a lot of threads like this.

Make a fresh install of HB.
Tick the "Use Mount" box in Settings & Tools.

Otherwise, post a log in the support section
