Will not mount (You have not collected this mount error)

Only happens on this one character and I have no idea why. Attached is the log. The mount is set to be the black wolf which the character has. No idea what to do in order to fix this. I have tried deleting the saved preferences for the character but that did not work. This happens when using the BGFarmer botbase by millz on a orc warrior.

check your battleground millz thing and see if theres an option for mount selection, as for some reason i dont think its sending the correct mount.
not sure why its completely lowercase "black wolf" when it normally should have correct capitalization.

if it does not have any mount options, then try changing your mount in honorbuddy by clicking "settings and tools" and try something else.

The botbase by millz only has a spot to enable mounting. There is no options to choose a specific mount. Also I tried with both the mount name in there as well as choosing the "random mount" option.

click "settings and tools" and use the dropdown to change your mount.

I only own the 1 mount "Black Wolf" and then a flying mount.

buy another mount, you should be able to pickup a cheap vendor one at any major city.

Purchased a new mount and it worked right away. Must be an issue with that mount "Black Wolf" no idea why.
