Will Not Loot Pokemon after Newest Update

Hello, was working great. Went all night. I stopped the bot for 10 hours and turned off the computer. I fired up the pokefarmer and then it patched and updated. I didnt change any settings and just hit start bot. It will loot pokestops all day but will not catch any pokemon or even attempt to catch.
