Will Not disconnect from WoW ID

Not sure if I posted this correctly but the issue is I use a single instance of HB but I switch between two accounts.Now in the last couple of days its will only do one account it will not let me switch it to my second account any ideas?

please note this account now has multiple sessions on it so its should have taken care of this problem still won't allow me to run different accounts.
