Will honorbuudy be offline for a week when MOP is released?

as the title says, I know honorbuddy is currently being recoded. But when its finished (hopefully this week) Will it be down again for a week when MOP is actually released?
 
Hopefully not since this patch were HUGE. Like someone said, Blizzards "key" is probably to just hit a switch, restart the servers for 2 minutes when MoP is released.
So it'll probably be down for 1h, at least that's what I think.
 
assuming they don't change the build # and any code / don't trip our tripwire... you should be un-interrupted
 
What about MoP profiles? How long will they take to be released?

Are you serious? Im sorry but you cant fucking read. Kick JUST answered this question saying there should be little to no interruption.

Basic questing profiles? Panda Monk 1-12, less than a day

85-90 ... i dunno, 1-2 days per zone.

Basic means they will do most quests but they will have various user dialogs for quests that have issues (it will ping you and tell you what to do to complete the objective(s) for said quest)
 
I dont care a lot for questing. I need to buy 4 MoP expansion ant till then I know that MoP questing profiles gona be released :D
 
Pvp bot to 90 if you feel questing isn't for you... I mean the hb pvp bot is very good. I think my warrior use to leave bgs with top KB, DMG, and objective points lmao.. You can't tell me that isn't amazing for a bot.

Yes he has!! Im sure the ccs will have to be updated cuz their will proly be different rotation sets for all or some classes As their are new spells?

I only use combat bot! For auto spells never a move bot!!!

can we help you in making the questing profiles in any way? i'd like to help if possible :)

The best way to help me develop profiles is to give thorough bug reports and logs ... or code.

I am a little ocd about how my profiles are set up, so that's why I try and not take whole profiles that others have developed and try to make them my own

the pvp bot is the most pathetic aspect of the bot.

ever watched the bot trains run in av... no? Im sure you did.

Ever thought of yourself in a bg... hey , that dude must be a bot... no? im sure you did.

Well you know what... 90 % in a bg sees that now, thats how... GOOD it is. I couldnt give fck all about dmg and healing done.

If theres anything i DONT do with the bot, then its going into a bg. Its like jumping into a ring with horny kittens being the nekkid mouse.

I'll agree that the BGBuddy isn't the best in AV, but when it comes to, WG, AB, and so on it does some great damage. As I said recently.. my shaman.. mage.. warrior all use to leave with the top damage delt and a lot of the times top for kbs. If you have issues killing or looking unbotty in a bg then ur CC good enough for BGS.

I get that it takes a while to update the bot, but i don't get it took so long for this expansion (don't get me wrong, i don't mean it wasn't a huge expansion to recode) but it was so easy to get beta acces, every profile (especially qusting & farming) could easily be made in advance, aswell as i think coders should've been able to recode most part of the honorbuddy core based off the beta...

can you explain me why this is stupid from me? (btw, sorry for my bad english)
 
A week AFTER MoP? I'd be more worried if it's ever going to work *before* MoP. So far it's been 2 full weeks and we have a "Test (lol)" bot without archeology, BGs, questing, dungeons, fishing, professions. And where all previous plugins and classes need major updating except the authors can't really even get started on any of that since the bot itself barely functions and keeps coming out with 3 updates per day each buggier than the last.
 
Well I have been patiently waiting on HB to work. The day before yesterday I was acutally able to farm for like 4 hours then an update was released that made the bot unusable due to singular for classes. Oh well, more waiting and lots of patience. Overall, HB seems to be working nicely while its actually up and running. I hope all the errors and missing pieces get patched up soon. Thanks HB crew.
