Will HB work with italian client

Hi, as the title says, will HB work with non-english clients?

I'm playing with the italian one.

Second question, will the DX9 and 32-bit settings be unchanged?

Can't see why not. HB operates with spell, item, NPC and quest IDs, not names. IDs are same for all clients. If it works with Russian client and their cyrillic hieroglyphs, it will work with Italian just fine.
