Will all class's be available today except the expansion class's??

I read that the new class's are available after the patch today....If this is true will anyone be doing any faction changes or race changes??? I just hit 80 last week on my blood elf hunter and just may do a race change to make him an undead hunter to start the expansion off.......Just wonderin....also have a decked out druid that would be killer as a troll.......

yeah the current classes and race changes you can mix and match, you just can't make new races
