Wildbuddy Main Form doesnt show up

Urgh! Sorry no one responded to you! If this is still an issue, ensure you're running Wildstar in a window! (Fullscreen Windowed or Windowed mode)

it's still an issue, wildstar has always been in windowed mode

just a little heads up


reinstalled windows 8.1 from scratch
installed gpu driver
installed all pending updates
ran buddy depency wizard
installed custom depencys from release thread

started wildstar

form doesnt show up

another small update what i mentioned:

when Wildbuddy is in that frozen state and i click a vendor, this shows up:

My bad i thought this was a public forum and posting solutions to similar problems in a thread would be acceptable in order to improve the community.
Next time I will keep my solution private so people continue to not purchase this crap.
 
Is your machine running dx11? Had the same issue when trying to run WB on my laptop and came to discover that it was because my GPU couldn't handle dx11 and game was running in dx9.

Wildbuddy only supports X64 and DX11.

I have looked into the issue and honestly will have to team view sometime. No other customers are having this issue so its hard to evaluate as something as "broken".

issue resolved by buying a new graphics card.
dont ask me why, old one supported dx11 the same way as new one does
