So i was leveling manually my monk in Westfall (lvl 12)...At a some random moment while i was walking to hand in a quest , for like 10 sconds, my health keep going from 100% to 50% very fast, this continued for ~10 seconds. No , i have no proofs bcz i never intended to record my gameplay...wierd
