Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs ("Hacks") Why he dont baning me for third part software or economy abuse, why for cheat program,they messeged me so this program can speed hack , These programs provide character benefits normally not achievable in the World of Warcraft. Such benefits include, but are not limited to, increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls/boundaries.

They use standerd copy paste messages, for both ban mails and ban appeals.. They often just send one without bothering to check for what reason as they do have to send one according to the ToS but they can ban you for any reason. xD
I don't even open those mails anymore.

Funny enough , the warden auto bans and mails are usually accurate.

It's possible that they're intentionally giving misleading reasons for the bans,to confuse us (the botters).

There are two reasons behind the vague wording they give you.

1. They don't have to tell you anything. Blizzard owns your account. You agreed to it in the EULA. They can strip your account out from under you for no reason at all if they want and they don't have to give you any reasoning at all. So why give you a reason at all? So you know what they think you did wrong. Maybe it's to warn you in the future. Maybe it's in case they wrongfully accused you so you can appeal it when you actually did nothing wrong. We don't know.

2. Mislead people abusing the system / trying to bypass Warden. If they told you exactly how they caught you and how they noticed the suspicious behavior then this section of the forum would be much more valuable than it currently is. For example if Blizzard told you in the email they caught you for farming ore in Frostfire Ridge by using the same route of X to Y for 9 consecutive hours then you would know it is the profile's fault or your fault for running the profile for 9 hours. Next time you go to bot you would know not to use that profile or not to bot that long. If they told you the exact reason then you would know how to bypass it.

Blizzard isn't stupid. They know what they're doing with these.
