actually, i wont because hawler closed 2 of my threads for saying it runs around the same 3 hotspots without posting a log
 
how about you try and post in the CORRECT thread, which would be the most updated bot download thread...i smell a mute coming!

Hawker said he'd been muted when he closed one of the treads. Maybe they're hoping he'll just post a log. Even if it is useless they still want it and its futile to fight that
 
He has broken too many to count a mute or ban will happen when Tony or Hawker reads his spam.
 
The forums don't need people like you just because you can't wait or use the correct channels to get your question asnwers.
 
lol muted lol thats why you read my posts and im not going to waste my time posting the log ever so meh and spam after just being locked thats helpfull... might want to try going on someones word not just a log file... ive posted logs and nothing happens nothing was fixed and till i see it help i wont so yeah and my issue isnt in there i know... and i didnt spam asked different questions in each thread..lol
 
I work in support, users like this are unhelpable because even if you do know exactly what the issue is and how to fix it, its unlikely they will ever believe you.

They have a chip on their shoulder and should just walk away. When someone sells you something they don't really owe you much of anything. If the product doesn't do what you thought it would or worked the way it should then get a refund and use a different product. If they won't give you refund then that is an issue, but I've never heard anyone having issues with refunds.
 
Forgive me - I haven't needed to mute someone before and the menu is in German...since you are so determinded to get muted I will go to google translate it later tonight and do a 10 day mute for you.
 
Each thread was useless information and questions, so yes each thread was asking the same regarded thing and saying the same thing " Why arent you helping me" "WHY DID YOU LOCK MY THREADS AND NOT HELP ME" etc. etc. That is spam.
 
Iconz you are basically saying that you know better than Hawker so why are you coming to him to solve the issue?

That's because you don't know better than him. You have no idea what's going on internally with the app so post the log or get bent. Simple as that.
 
Being a rude ignorant iconz is not a good way to recieve any help from anyone.
