Why WoW has more fps with running HB3 on ATI as NVIDIA?

Hello,
i have two systems for playing WoW. On both are the same HB Versions synced via OneDrive. My Laptop (Win7 x64) has a I7 4810QM with 2.8 Ghz 16GB RAM, Graphics Chipset AMD Radeon HD 8790M and two ssd, where are HB and WoW installed. My PC (Win10 x64) has a I7 4790K 4.4 Ghz, 16 GB RAM, Inno3D Geforce GTX 1070 iChill x4 and two ssd too. HB and Wow runs on ssd.

When i start HB 3 on my Laptop, i can't see a FPS-Drop. If i start HB 3 on my PC, i notice a FPS-Drop from 120 (max- lock) to 20-40. In Raid, it drops to 10-20. On my Laptop i haven't this drop. I have this Problem only with NVIDIA Cards. Before my new GTX 1070, i had two GTX960 4GB in SLI with the same effect. On both systems i prefer high performance.

Can anybody say why? I think, it's a problem with Framelock in HB 3 (How to disable?) or the usage of WPF (MahApps). WPF uses graphic card power for rendering.

I know, that my pc is more powerfull. The drops on my Laptop are in a range of 10 fps... 70fps to 60.... on my PC the drop has a range of 60-100...

You can't disable hardlock fully. You have to use some kind of lock anyway, at least soft one. Try using Enyo with Hardlcok off and Softlock on.

I have Set the max foreground fps in WoW to 120, because the graphic card will give at load WoW oder 1000. I meaned the framelock in HB 2.

I will give it a try in the evening. At the moment i'm at work. Where i can find Enyo?
 
Say what ya will...My GTX 1070 with the newest Intel processor and I get 100Fps + in Raids, Open world or peak times in Org. Best rig I ever had. :)
 
My PC is shit first gen i5 gtx 580 and 16 gigs of ram with a old school harddrive at 7200 rpm with other bots I get around 50-90 fps with this one I get 20. Idk.
 
It is far more likely that your laptop has some crap antivirus pre-installed on it causing HB3 to perform badly. Laptop manufacturers tend to "pre-install" applications on the laptop to make it more featured for you, when in reality what it really is that the software manufacturer is paying the laptop hardware manfacturer cash to have it installed on all of its machines to help increase profits.
 
Haven't noticed any real issues with FPS drop for HB with AMD Vs. Nvidia. Wife is using 2x Radeon 6970's in CF playing @ 1080p her framerates are comparable to when she plays without the bot. I'm running 3x 980 Ti's @ 2160p and mine are similar as well. Difference might be about 5fps overal. Both are still above our monitors 60hz refresh rates though so it doesn't really matter. Unless you get a brief stutter where your fps drops by 10 or so you shouldn't technically be able to notice a difference between 70 fps and 60 fps if you're on a 60hz display.
 
FPS is 99.9% all the CPU with World of Warcraft. You can run this with a toaster.

Anyone with a 1070+ can look at the GPU's load and see its like 2% unless your running 4k.

The Problem is my PC. ;) My Laptop hasn't any Problems. As a IT Consultant i created my PC by my self. Without HB or at pause, there is no problem. All is stable.
