Why won't HonorBuddy detect this CC?

I'm trying to use FPSware's The One CC but HonorBuddy won't recognize the hunter profile. I extract its contents into my CC folder. I delete the stock CCs that The One CC replaces. Then, when I start HonorBuddy, it won't recognize the new CC. I get the message "Invalid Routine".

Does anyone know the problem? Every other CC works perfectly for me.
