Why when i load any downloaded PB xml, they doesnt load at all, the page stay white!

Each time i download a PB xml, i have to fully rewrite it from using PB itself coz it wont load, its like the symbol are totaly broken each time, exemple

sometime i see the xml command Me.FreeNormalBagSlots %qot5 when it should be displaying Me.FreeNormalBagSlots <=5

I am not sure if its a option on my french canada win 7 64 bit or something else.....but someone know what might be wrong ? the profile i know lots use them and its from reputable maker......

When i copy the wrong code
Me.FreeNormalBagSlots %qot5 in a HB post....boom when i click save it turn into the right code......
Me.FreeNormalBagSlots <=5

Plz can someone explain me what i am missing!
