Hello Ladies and Gents,
So you are here to ask questions about our products before you dig deep into that wallet and pay a few bucks for a subscription eh? Trying to find the best bang for your buck? Then let me address a few things that will help you make a decision:
**The Deal with PokeFarmer**
-The number one thing that makes it great is it’s community.
You will not find a more well rounded and dedicated community as you will here, from helping one another to joking around and feeling like part of “the team”, this is what PokeFarmer is known for.
-We admit our mistakes
When we realize we have made a mistake, we will not blindly blame Niantic, we will not blame other botting companies, and we will not blame the user, we will own it and admit to it. Of course we will rule out user errors and Niantic errors, but if in the end it truly is our fault, we own it.
-Down Time Forgiveness
While we do not promise time added back for each downtime due to API updates and such, we have so far followed a pattern of over 24 hours starts the clock counting for days refunded. We acknowledge the need to consider this each time, because you are important to us, you are a part of our community.
-The Staff
We might seem harsh at times, but we follow guidelines and policies that are in place to help protect and assist you as well. This means we will not show favouritism as we are held to the same standards. Not to mention all of our Discord Support are community volunteers, they do not get paid, to help you, but they do it because they love the community and are dedicated to the product and to helping all of you.
-The Price
Lets be honest for less than a couple cups of coffee a month, you have one hell of a well rounded bot. Its not over the top in pricing and given the support and constant updates, this product takes the cake.
-We Listen
While we might not implement every suggestion you have, we have a forums suggestion where you can ask for things that are missing, so lets say everything else workds great for you, but you want something that is in a different app (except sniping and fully automated gym fighting because we will never add those) then all you have to do is drop it there, and we DO look into it.
Oh yeah did I mention:
-We NEVER GaveUp
While other places might have felt it wasn’t worth the time and effort to keep breaking the API, our dev team with the help of some others, did NOT give up, we kept pressing forward so that you all could continue to bot, then we shared some of our services with all the other bots. At the end of the day, if you bot, you are already using a part of us!
