Why the use of DB will affect the frequency of the graphics card?
D3 will become very slow, but at the same time open the 2 D3 games, DB is not affected by the speed of very fast, DB affected by the speed is very slow.
In the test process, if I pause DB, D3 speed will soon become very fast, the frequency of the video card will soon become very high.


I have done the following operation:
1.set the laptop power to a high performance mode
2.creating custom profile for D3 in nvidia control panel with high perfomance setup

My configuration is as follows:
CPU:I5 3337u
Ram:ddr 31600 8GB (2*4GB)
GT 735m NVIDIA
SSD 240g

I have done the following operation:
Reinstall the operating system, windows 8.1, windows 10;
Install DB must be the environment, do not install NVIDIA graphics driver (win 8.1), the use of integrated graphics to play the game, but the fault is still.
In Windows 10, the replacement of the NVIDIA driver, uninstall the conflict list of software, but the fault is still.

you are not supposed to uninstall vga drivers,just the programs can sonflict
